A queen bedroom and an adjacent bedroom with two twins, each with private deck access, occupy the mid-level. They share a full bath, which is also convenient to a media room that features a enormous, surround-sound TV, DVDs, books and classic board games — ideal for group entertainment. With sizable windows facing every compass direction, the open concept main level has a combination kitchen/living room and a defined dining space with both ocean and sound vistas.
