The existing bunk room will be converted into a king master with an ensuite bath. The single bedroom will now feature two sets of bunk beds. The upstairs bathroom is being split into a full bath for the king master, and a half bath for the great room. New great room furnishings. New for 2023: New private swimming pool (heat available) with tiki bar. New kitchen refrigerator. New 70" Intelligent TV in the great room. New light fixtures in the first-floor hallway.
