Step out the door to the back deck where you'll find the bubbly hot tub, perched under the home. The washer/dryer is conveniently located on this level for tossing in a load of wet beach towels after a impressive day spent in the sun and sand. The fourth bedroom with a queen bed features a Intelligent TV and is located on the second level along with the third full bathroom. The great room offers a respite from the rest of the world in the casual luxury of leather couches in front of a huge, flat-screen Intelligent TV. The kitchen is well-appointed for simple meal preparation and the adjacent dining area seats an additional three at the breakfast bar. Step out the French doors to the top-level shaded deck for blue ocean vistas and relax with your morning cup of coffee and a good book. The beach is a short 5-min. walk away. Take SAFE HAVEN this year and rest assured that your vacation is in good hands. Dog friendly for up to two dogs, both under 40 lbs. One dog of any size is welcome!
