The living area has two sofas, arm chair and cozy area rug surrounding a 55" Smart TV and seasonal gas fireplace. Steps lead up to a quiet loft with built-in window seat, desk with chair and heightened views. A modern kitchen overlooks the great room and features granite countertops, pendant lighting and an island with casual bar seating for six. Stainless Bosch appliances include a range/oven, microwave, full refrigerator and two dishwashers. A Keurig is also available (bring own K Cups). Serve savory meals at a dining table that seats ten guests, or enjoy morning coffee and evening refreshments on the furnished covered and sun decks. A bedroom completes this floor and offers a king size bed, TV, direct sun deck access and a private bath with dual sink vanity. A half bath is located on the landing between the mid and top levels.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Community Beach Accesses: There is a sand path to a community beach access located behind the home (a 160-yard walk). There is a second community beach access just to the south (a 200-yard walk down the paved street).

The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool. A stocked fishing lake is located nearby, please note that a fishing license is required to fish.

It was 1978 when Eddie and Lou Miller first opened Miller’s Seafood and Steakhouse. As a teenager, their son Brian spent his summers working in the restaurant, getting familiar with the family business. After college, Brian and his wife Beth came back to Kill Devil Hills and began working together at Miller’s. Brian and Beth officially purchased the restaurant from Eddie and Lou in 2007. A few years later they opened American Pie together, and both restaurants now carry on the Miller family tradition of quality, excellence and hospitality.
