You will truly not find another home like this on the Outer Banks. The wide lot size means
that 10 of the 27 bedrooms are oceanside, and the pool is elevated next to the dune line to
expose sweeping panoramic views over the ocean and has an 8x14 built-in hot tub and kiddie pool. Indoors, the amenity list is extensive, and includes a rec room, sports bar, theater, exercise room, oceanview great room, gourmet kitchen, elevator, three laundry rooms, 27 bedrooms with private baths, and custom finishes throughout.

Sitting on an acre of land, Open Ocean is an impressive sight. Enter
the ground level covered entry porch by ramp or stairs. The lowest level of this home includes
eleven king bedrooms, all with private baths and access to either east or west-facing covered
decks. Because of the width of the lot, five of the bedrooms face the ocean. The 12th bedroom
on this floor is a kids suite with custom-built full-over-full bunk beds and an in-room lounge area
for TV watching or video games. Please note that this room's bath is the only bath on this level
with a tub. The ground floor sitting area has a kitchenette with full size refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, toaster, and Keurig. Outside, there is a four-foot-wide compacted rock path along the south side of the home to make it easier to transport large event equipment to the back of the house. The rec room offers a wall of windows that overlook the pool and on towards the ocean,
as well as a pool table, shuffleboard, seasonal fireplace, large flat screen TV, and full sports bar with a sink, standalone ice maker, winecooler, refrigerator, Keurig, blender, microwave, pantry, and counter seating for seven. There is additional bar-height seating for eight against the theater room counter in the rec room as well as two tables with seating. The theater room offers an arcade machine and an oversized projection screen TV with a DVD player, so you can enjoy a full movie experience in the comfort of your vacation home! An adjacent exercise room's treadmill, dumbbells, and stationary bicycle will help you stay fit on vacation. Bedrooms on this level include nine kings with private baths.
Three of these king rooms have slider access to oceanside covered decks where an outdoor ping-pong table is located, and four have access to west-facing covered decks.

Breathtaking views greet you as you enter the top floor, where you can step onto
covered or open decks that overlook the pool and ocean to experience jaw dropping views. The
great room includes multiple sitting areas divided by a double sided seasonal gas fireplace, and
multiple flat screen TVs. The kitchen is designed to feed a crowd with the long kitchen island with bar seating for twelve and a serving buffet. Appliances
include three 36" refrigerators and a separate 36" freezer, three microwaves, blenders, a double oven and two under counter ovens, two cooktops, two double sinks, two wine coolers, two microwaves, five dishwashers, and coffee makers with KCup capability. The dining area provides six tables with six chairs, and there are six extra chairs on this level. The bar area provides counter seating for three. Bedrooms include two oceanfront kings with private baths, both with custom tile showers (one also has a standalone
tub). There are three additional west king bedrooms, two of which have access to
private balconies, all of which have private baths. The sixth bedroom on this level has two twin beds.

Special Events Welcome: $3,500 special event fee and $3,000 refundable security deposit required for all special events. Maximum of 100 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home. Special Access Amenities: This home offers a ramp leading to the front
entrance, an elevator, a mid level king bedroom (#7) with low-barrier shower. Please note that none of our properties are ADA compliant.
