Close proximity to dining, shopping, and venue sites adds convenience. You'll find upscale and upbeat furnishings and decor on all four levels of living, indoors and outdoors. Each level has a large separate gathering lounge, multiple amenities, and wet bars. Open your world from an upper level common area with the wall length accordion style folding door system, and invite the ocean breeze to flow throughout. Deal the winning hand on the elevated third level billiards room and bar. Together with your family prepare breakfast at the designated morning bar while overlooking panoramic ocean views from the main level great room. Gather loved ones to feast comfortably, with the supplied seating for 35, before strolling out to the beach for the day. This home is located in Kill Devil Hills, central to shops, sights, and amazing restaurants. The Wright Brothers National Memorial is just a few blocks away, and historical sites such as Jockey's Ridge State Park, Jennette's Pier, and the Bodie Island Lighthouse are within a 20-minute drive. There are a few grocery stores that are close by, and local restaurants nearby serve up casual and fine dining cuisine: Outer Banks Brewing Station, JK's, Food Dudes Kitchen, Captain George's Seafood, and Kill Devil Grill are all great options.

Outdoor amenities include a covered tiki bar with flat screen TV and outdoor lounge seating, 35x15 private pool with swim up bar seats and kiddie pool, private beach walkway with dune-top gazebo, 2 hot tubs that each seat eight, 2 gas grills, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach.
Inside on the ground floor you'll find a home theater room with projection screen TV and seating for 16, including three cozy sofas and a bar rail with stools. At the end of the hall, with views over the pool, you'll find a spacious rec room that includes a 9' shuffleboard table, armchair seating around a foosball coffee table, a high top card table, and wet bar with full refrigerator, keurig, dishwasher, blender, and microwave. A commercial icemaker is located in the laundry room area.
Bedding on this level includes four unique king suites, three with custom tile showers, and one of which with special access amenities (low barrier shower, grab bars). The additional two bedrooms share a bath - both offer built-in bedding (one has two pyramid bunks, and the second has two built-in double beds).

After a long day at the beach, the first floor rec room is a great place to hang out, offering a pool table, comfortable seating, a wet bar with microwave, keurig, regular coffee maker, diswasher, and full refrigerator, and deck access. Walk from the 1st floor deck out to the sun terrace to soak up some Vitamin D on a lounge chair. Back inside, bedding includes six kings with private baths, and two bedrooms with built-in bedding that share a bath (one with two pyramid bunkset and one with two doubles).

The second floor is spacious, open, and refreshing, with a floor plan that incorporates a great room with seasonal gas fireplace, dining area, two kitchen areas, and a butler pantry. Accordion doors open to showcase stunning ocean views, and provide a lofted view over the pool. Between the dining table and two kitchen islands and an outdoor table, there is seating for 35. The kitchen design offers a butler's pantry and three side-by-side stainless refrigerators, two dishwashers, a gas range, double ovens, coffee makers including a Keurig, and two microwaves.

Special Events Welcome: $3,500 special event fee and $3,000 refundable security deposit required for all special events. Maximum of 125 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home. Special Access Amenities: There is a ramp to the front door, an elevator, and a special access bath in one of the ground floor kings (low-barrier shower, shower grab bar, shower seat). Please note that this room does not accommodate a wheelchair and that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
