The shade is a nice relief if you have sunburn or just need a break. The great room with new leather sectional invites everybody to gather for good times. Located in the cul-de-sac off Caffey's Inlet Hamlet, just a few mins. from the Village of Duck, "Ocean View" provides painless access to the ocean and sound, as well as a wide variety of activities in the area. Duck Village offers running paths, sidewalks and soundside board walks to locally owned family stores and eateries. Savor an evening out with family and friends! "Ocean View" is a semi-oceanfront home, located on a corner lot at the end of the cul-de-sac directly across from the beach access!

Inside you'll find a King Semi-Private Master Bedroom with patio access that shares the bathroom with the game room with TV, foosball table, Queen Sleep Couch and slider access to the mini sports field.

Beach Cabana Service: 4 chairs and 1 umbrella will be set up Monday- Friday at the Beach Access directly across the street from this home (Carroll Drive community beach access). Look for a Brindley Beach tag on the umbrella with property number CI1. Weather permitting they will be set up from 10 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until the housekeeping team has finished their work OR 4:00 pm check in time.

Great location close to town (an easy 10 min. bicycle ride-we biked nearly every day into town for dinner & ice cream). House is set up great for families with tons to do. Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

It was 1978 when Eddie and Lou Miller first opened Miller’s Seafood and Steakhouse. As a teenager, their son Brian spent his summers working in the restaurant, getting familiar with the family business. After college, Brian and his wife Beth came back to Kill Devil Hills and began working together at Miller’s. Brian and Beth officially purchased the restaurant from Eddie and Lou in 2007. A few years later they opened American Pie together, and both restaurants now carry on the Miller family tradition of quality, excellence and hospitality.
