Beach access is 1500 feet away across Rt. 12 (the Beach Road). For the history buffs, the birthplace of flight at the Wright Brothers Monument is just to the north. Adventure southwards to Jockey’s Ridge State Park for stunning views and a perfect spot to fly a kite. Enjoy a day trip to see the Village of Duck, the wild horses of Corolla or the quaint town of Manteo on Roanoke Island.
