Top Level: Entry level. Great room with wooden floors, TV/DVD/VCR, huge picture window and screened porch with ocean view. Kitchen with sizable island counter with 4 stools and the dining area with enormous table seating 8. King Master Bedroom with TV and full private bath with shower, Queen Bedroom with ocean view, hall full bathroom with shower/tub and a Bedroom with a DuoBunk and Bunk Set. Den with Full Sleep Couch, TV/DVD/VCR and constructed-in ironing board located next to the laundry area with utility sink, full size washer and dryer and access to a glass enclosed sun porch and outside sun deck.

Extras: 3 TVs, 2 DVD players, high-speed wireless internet, charcoal grille, washer/dryer, parking for 4 cars, electric fireplace, enclosed outside shower, under home play area, screened porch, sun deck, ceiling fans and deck furnishings. Linens and towels are NOT included but can be rented for the week. Linen and towel rental will include sheets for all beds, 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and 1 bath mat for each shower or tub. Linens can be requested as early as time of booking. Weekly cost: $145.00 not including tax or bed making service.

This property does NOT provide beach chairs.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
