The first level of the home features the game room with 8 ft. pool table, huge flat screen TV, pub-style seating, convenient half bath and a wet bar with full size refrigerator, wine cooler, and microwave ideal for storing and preparing beach and pool snacks. Also on this level are two oceanfront master bedrooms with king beds and sliders to the oceanfront deck containing the bubbly hot tub, plus two more master bedrooms, one with queen and one with pyramid bunk and regular bunk.

The second level of the home features the roomy media lounge with sizable flat screen TV home theater system with TV, BluRay player and surround sound. In 2023, GREAT EXPECTATIONS will feature Saturday check-in.
