You can enjoy all of Colony by the Sea community amenities, including an oceanfront pool with large sundecks available from May to September, grilling and picnic areas, tennis courts, basketball courts and a playground. Wi-Fi is also available to keep you as connected to the real world as you choose to be on vacation. A coin-operated laundry facility is also available. Please note, the community pool closes on October 15, 2024.
