Ground Level: Ground-level amenities include a roomy pool area with charcoal and gas grilles, 2 outdoor showers with hot water, a fish cleaning table, a basketball hoop, and a driveway that accommodates up to 6 cars. As you enter the home, you are greeted by a cavernous game room with a pool table, a cable TV, and a wet bar with a refrigerator and a microwave. There are also 2 bedrooms on this level. Bedroom #1 is a King bedroom with a TV and access to a full bathroom off the hallway. Bedroom #2 is a spacious King bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom, a TV, and access to the covered pool deck.

Mid Level: The middle level has an additional sitting area with a TV, 3 bedrooms, and a laundry area. Bedroom #3 is furnished with 2 Twin beds and bedroom #4 is furnished with a King bed and a TV. Bedrooms #3 and #4 share a spacious full bathroom. Bedroom #5 is a Queen bedroom with a TV and an attached private full bathroom. Bedrooms #4 and #5 appreciate ocean vistas with direct access to the oceanfront deck, hot tub, and hammock. 

Top Level: As you make your way to the top floor, you are greeted by the spacious great room with high ceilings and enormous windows that provide plenty of light and ocean vistas! The top floor features a entirely modernized, fully equipped chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar that seats 3, and two dining tables that seat a total of 14. A half bathroom is also conveniently located off the kitchen area. The living area provides comfortable seating and a TV. Cavernous sun decks off the living and dining area give you front-row seats to the sunrise and spectacular vistas of the dunes, beach, and ocean.

Linens and towels are supplied all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds, and the beds will be made. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. After booking, you will receive an e-mail to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
