Queen Bedroom with adjoining nursery with full size crib that shares a full bath with a King Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD and additional-sizable closet with a full size crib. Hallway area with a desk and you'll also find a storage garage with bicycles, corn hole, beach chairs and toys.

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen HD TV/VCR/DVD, stereo and bar with a drink refrigerator, game table seating 3 and deck access, half bath with laundry area including washer and dryer, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, dining area seating 10 with deck access, Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Trundle and TV that shares a full bathroom with a Queen Bedroom and a King Master Bedroom with HD TV/VCR/DVD and screened porch access. Outside on the deck you'll find the Hot Tub and a Crow's nest with seating and lake vistas.

Extras: Hot Tub (6), 4 TVs, 3 VCRs, 3 DVD players, charcoal grille, high-speed wireless internet access, stereo, pool table, high chair, screened porch, 2 picnic tables, bicycles, corn hole, beach chairs and toys, linens and towels included and Villages at Ocean Hill Community Conveniences. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
