Sun of a Beach is a comfortable oceanfront home sitting on a large lot in north Avon. Located near restaurants, shops and surfboard and kayak rental stores. Only a short drive, under two miles to the Hatteras Island Plaza with the Food Lion for grocery shopping, restaurants and retail shopping. The first level has a bedroom with two twin beds. Laundry facilities are located on the landing between the first and second level. The second level offers four bedrooms; one king bedroom with private bath and jetted tub, two queen bedrooms, and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds that share a hall bath.
