On the Third Level of Bees Knees, there is an open-style floor plan perfect for any size group. The beautifully decorated living room, large kitchen, and dining area are connected with a half bath nearby in the hallway. The ample number of windows gives you a magnificent view. No on street parking. No campers, trailers, boats, or other recreational vehicles may be parked in the community. Fishing in the golf course ponds is prohibited. **Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Hot Tubs are available year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.** **Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on May 19th, 2025 and closing October 15th, 2025. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.** **The Currituck Club Trolley operates from 9:00am-5:00pm in-season (Memorial Day through Labor Day).
