There have been lots of upgrades to this four-bedroom home including all new flooring, new furnishings/TVs, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, and interior/exterior painting. As the name of the house suggests, this four-bedroom home is only 30 steps to the beach access! Steps to the Beach is located in the Crown Point community. Staying in this community allows the use of the private community pool, tennis courts/pickleball courts, and three accesses to the wonderfully wide beaches of Corolla. You will be close to shopping at Monterey Plaza and Timbuck II shopping centers, dining, and entertainment. If history is your interest, it is a short driving distance to the historic Whalehead Club as well as the Currituck Lighthouse. The golfers of the group can enjoy the stunning course at the Currituck Club. If you own a 4x4 vehicle, you can drive a little north and get on the 4x4 beach in hopes of getting a glimpse of the magnificent wild mustangs that roam up there. No 4x4? No worries! Reserve yourself a spot on the wild horse tour. The second level of the house offers a King En Suite, as well as a Queen bedroom, Twin-bunk and Pyramid bunk set bedroom with a shared Full Bathroom.
