Fish-N-Fool Charters offers nearshore fishing trips out of Oregon Inlet Fishing Center, the closest marina to the Atlantic Ocean. They are proud to bring you a quality, family-friendly experience while fishing the Outer Banks of North Carolina. The charter is operated by Captain Bobby Smith, who has been fishing this area for more than 30 years and is eager to share his vast experience with you!
He welcomes you aboard the Fish-N-Fool, a 36’ custom Carolina built vessel powered by twin 300 HP Cummins engines. This boat is well suited to local waters and fitted for the best nearshore fishing. On board you will find the latest electronics to locate the fish below. Up to six passengers can join Capt. Bobby on board, and children of all ages are welcome.
Half day trips run on a daily basis, and these are especially fun for families. You can stay close to shore and target various species depending on the season, including Spanish Mackerel, False Albacore, Red Drum, Cobia, and an assortment of bottom fish. If you’re looking for more of a challenge, book a full day trip and let Capt. Bobby take you as far as 35 miles from shore, where even more variety is available. With many fish and techniques to choose from, you will soon discover why the Outer Banks earned its reputation for phenomenal fishing!
Fish-N-Fool Charters provides all bait, tackle, and a fishing license. Standing by is a professional, respectful deckhand who is wonderful with children and provides an enjoyable experience no matter what angling skills you possess. You can keep your catch and clean it yourself or have the marina clean it for a nominal fee. You are encouraged to bring sunscreen, proper clothing, a camera, and any food or drinks you need.
Book your trip today and treat your family to a memorable fishing experience in the Outer Banks!
