You'll love the inviting style of Southern Comfort Cabana. This well-designed condo is the fourth cabana off the oceanfront in the Hatteras Cabana complex. SCC has all the comforts of home, with a kitchenette that includes ample storage, a closet, a sofabed, and a wall-mounted TV. Centrally located in Hatteras Village, the Hatteras Cabanas have private oceanfront boardwalk access, a fish-cleaning station, communal park grills, and picnic tables. The kid-friendly south beach of Hatteras Island is generally a bit warmer and calmer than the north island’s north beach exposures. There is a small east-facing sundeck, a covered west deck, and a furnished sun tower with glorious ocean views. What's nearby:Hatteras village remains the most original of the island’s seven villages. Many of the residents still make their livings from the sound and sea. The island’s charter fleet to the Gulf Stream and into the Pamlico Sound is headquartered in Hatteras. The island’s premier restaurants and fish shops have the first choice of the freshest catch. Be sure to schedule a visit to the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and a trip to Ocracoke Island via the free ferry. Rent a golf cart for your relaxing week, or if you have access to a 4-wheel-drive vehicle, the ramp to beach driving (permit required) in the park is located at the south end of the village. Let the Southern Comfort Cabana be your comfortable and affordable headquarters to explore Hatteras Island. The beach is 200-feet away. You can park your vehicle right under the home. Things to know:You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email.
