There is a large open drive for plenty of additional parking. There is a propane grill located on the top sundeck facing the ocean, an awesome setting for a cookout. You'll also find WiFi and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Level one consists of three bedrooms, all of which offer an ocean view, plus two baths. Bedroom one has a queen bed and TV, room two is a king primary with a full bathroom and TV, and room three has two single beds and a TV. Bathroom two is located in the hallway.

As you ascend to the top floor, you'll be greeted by a charming living room with comfortable furniture and a spectacular ocean view. Sliding glass doors lead to a fully furnished sundeck overlooking the beach. The dining room sits next to the living room, also with an ocean view and sliding glass doors to the sundeck. The beautiful, newly renovated kitchen is well-equipped and ready for you to prepare your favorite dishes. The top floor rounds out with a half-bath and bedroom number four, which is a king primary with a TV and updated bathroom with tiled shower and double-sink vanity. Escape the hustle and bustle of the real world and hide out in Windy Dunes. Centrally located between the beach and shops, this home is perfect for an ocean lover's getaway!
