The garage has beach chairs, adult & kid bicycles, beach games, tennis and pickleball equipment and a full size refrigerator.

Mid Level: Great room with intelligent TV, surround sound stereo, wood fireplace and deck access. Renovated and completely equipped kitchen, dining room seating for 8, hallway half bathroom and the laundry area with washer and dryer. Queen Master Bedroom with a private bathroom.

Top Level: King Master Bedroom with TV/DVD and enormous private bathroom. There is also a sitting room with books and DVD movies.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
