Wake up early to watch the breathtaking sunrise while sitting on your private balcony with a cup of coffee. At night, view the stars as you listen to the calming sound of waves breaking on the shore below. Wellington by the Sea is a well-equipped and comfortable vacation home away from home. Find your spot on the beach and soak in the sun, read a book, take a swim, or a stroll down the golden sands of the Outer Banks. Wellington by the Sea offers an oceanfront picnic area with grills and sun decks. There is an enormous storage area for all your beach toys, kayaks, cycles, umbrellas, and chairs. There are outside showers and you’re just a short walk to great food and fun entertainment. The building has a new roof, parking lot resurfacing, parking passes, landscaping, and picnic tables.

Enjoy complimentary bed and bath linens on all reservations. Garage Use - may not be enough room for a vehicle.

Community saltwater pool (30x15) available from 5/26/24 - 10/26/24, 8 AM to dusk. Pool dates are subject to change based on HOA.
