The unit is meticulously maintained by the owners who offer renters upgrades every year and privately provide unit cleaning, sheets, and towels for your weekly stay. 2025 updates include all new carpet, two king award-winning Saatva luxury mattresses, blackout blinds, and newly installed handheld shower heads in both bathrooms and grab bars in the en suite shower.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while you experience stunning sunrises, dancing dolphins, plunging pelicans, and windsurfers. Evenings bring mesmerizing moonrises and the opportunity to capture more amazing photo memories.

The living area has clean comfortable furnishings, a 50’’ TV, Bose soundbar, Blu-ray player, Roku, Sling live programming, guest Netflix, movies, games, and more. There are multiple seating areas and an architecturally accented wood-burning fireplace (seasonal) and those fabulous ocean views.

The huge extraordinarily well-equipped open and spacious gourmet kitchen offers views of the ocean, with cooking and dining items, custom cabinets, quartz countertops, Blanco Silgranit sink, custom lighting, and stainless-steel KitchenAid appliances.

Enjoy the 12' wine and Keurig coffee wet bar with custom imported tile and accent lighting. Custom cabinets are filled with a large variety of glassware, mugs, pitchers, and platters.

Enter the oceanfront en suite through French doors off the main living area or the oceanfront deck sliders. Enjoy gorgeous ocean waves and views from your bed upon waking in the morning. A huge en suite bath with a glass shower, double sink vanity, and 36” entry door offer ocean views as well. Extra blankets and pillows are located in the large 8’ walk-in closet.

Large second king and queen bedrooms share an updated tile bath, laundry foyer, and west side balcony. Experience breathtaking sunsets and views of the Wright Brothers Memorial and Wellington saltwater pool.

All bedrooms have upscale comfortable bedding, extra blankets and pillows, HD/TV, Blu-ray players, Roku sticks, ceiling fans, and clocks with USB ports. This condo also features high-powered ORBI routers for maximum WiFi coverage throughout and germicidal UV bluelight installed in the HVAC.

Wellington is an exclusive private condo complex with only six rental units. There is a seventh south-end unit occupied by a private resident.

Community features include private indoor climate-controlled foyers with an elevator. Two private enclosed stairwells, one to the westside pool and one to the oceanfront beach. The west side of the complex features a community-landscaped lighted saltwater pool area with a furnished sundeck and cabana bar. There is a large grass area for lawn games and cornhole.

Exit the building lobby to the east side through two huge covered breezeways providing beach storage for chairs, umbrellas, bikes, kayaks, and all your fun vacation beach toys.

On the oceanfront guests enjoy two furnished sun platforms, charcoal grills, picnic tables, two outdoor showers, foot washes, and a private lighted teak walkway to the beach.

At milepost 6.5, Wellington is centrally located to everything OBX. Grocery stores, movie theatre, bike path, miniature golf, Avalon pier, restaurants, and more all within one mile. The condo sits 100 yards offshore from “the triangle wrecks”. Divers, snorkelers, swimmers, and kayakers can enjoy superb fish and sea life observation or catch.

Community Access: 2 parking spaces (parking passes required) access to the lobby, elevator, front and back stairwells, community saltwater pool, community grilling area with picnic tables, outdoor showers, and private community beach access.

The community saltwater pool (30x15) available from 5/24/25 - 10/24/25, 8 AM to dusk. Pool dates are subject to change based on HOA.
