Also included on this level are a master king bedroom with a private balcony overlooking open space, a powder room, and an east facing deck to soak up the salt air and ocean breezes. 

The mid level has two covered decks, a large den, a master bedroom with king, a master bedroom with queen, and a bedroom with two twins. 

The well appointed lower level will entertain your family with a huge game room with pool table, game table, and wet bar with full size refrigerator. Sleeping accommodations include a king bedroom, bedroom with two bunk sets, full hall bath, and laundry area. Access to the pool area.  

The fun continues outside with a private saltwater pool and hot tub. An outside shower washes away the salt and sand and two grills provided for cooking those amazing summer meals.
