• This rental is for the top unit only, with a private entrance. The downstairs unit could be occupied by other tenants with no interior access between floors.
• This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.
• The clubhouse pool and community boat ramp are available for nominal fees. The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Availability and fees are subject to change at the discretion of the HOA.
• The back and side yard are not available for guest use at this time.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• This rental is located on floor 2.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
