Indoors, guests can divide their time between the open great room with a seasonal gas fireplace, the private bedroom suites, and the ground level media room. Here at the beach, it's all about fun in the sun, so enjoy a refreshing plunge in the private saltwater pool (with separate kiddie pool), a friendly game of volleyball, or sunbath and sightsee from both open and covered decks. The neighborhood of Duck Landing is ideally quaint, providing a quiet sidewalk-lined street so that you can easily walk to the beach access, indoor community pool, workout facilities, playground, and tennis courts. Since the community is centrally located in the Town of Duck, you'll enjoy daily strolls to town for dining, shopping and activities, or a morning jog or cycling on community bike paths that wind throughout this charming seaside village. A main attraction is the Duck boardwalk, a wooden path that starts at the Duck town park and stretches to either end of town along the sound shoreline.

On this level you will find a media room with a large flat screen TV, queen-size sleepsofa, full-sized refrigerator for convenient food and drink storage, and a microwave (perfect for popcorn on movie nights!). Bedding options include a queen bedroom with a private bath and direct access to the back yard area, a second bedroom with a pyramid bunk and private bath. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bunkset and has access to a full bath that can also be accessed from the hallway. The double bunk bedroom has direct outdoor access. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Outside you will find a private saltwater pool, a separate kiddie pool, a hot tub, and volleyball area.

Community note: Duck Landing offers several community amenities including a community beach access, a tennis court, a pickleball court, an indoor heated pool, an indoor heated kiddie pool, a fitness center, a playground, and a clubhouse with a video game room, pool table, foosball, and ping-pong. All of these amenities are located on the east end of the subdivision where there is limited nearby parking (parking pass required and provided). RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted in this subdivision (unless they fit completely under carport). Golf carts are allowed. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
