Only one lot to the south, guests of Star of the Sea can easily walk to the community beach access right on the other side of the house next door. The Perch beach access offers a wide wooden boardwalk over the dune and onto the beach.

Ascend the stairs to the middle floor deck and enter the front door of Star of the Sea. The great room areas, kitchen, and dining area all make up the east side of this level. A great room to the left offers an L-shaped sectional and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen and dining area are centrally located, and a second great room area with armchair seating is to the right. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a standard coffee maker, and a Keurig. Towards the back of the house, you'll find two bedrooms, each with two twin beds. One of the bedrooms offers direct access to the shared bath that is also accessible from the hallway that leads back to the second bedroom. The bathroom has a double vanity, a shower/tub, and a washer/dryer located in the bathroom closet.

A spiral staircase takes you up to the top level, featuring uninterrupted ocean views. There are two queen bedrooms on this level. Both bedrooms offer direct oceanview deck access, private baths with double vanities and walk-in showers, and flat screen TVs. Separate from the two queen bedrooms, steps from one of the great room areas lead up to a loft on the second floor that overlooks the great room. The loft is furnished with a twin bed.
