The elevator starts at the driveway level. The first living level is the main living level where you are greeted with warm cottage-style decor. The living room with a gas fireplace has ample windows allowing the natural light to flow in and comfy furnishings. The nearby kitchen is every chef's dream offering abundant solid surface counter space, a functional layout, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. The adjacent dining area with seating for eight is open to the kitchen and has access to the deck. A den with a wet bar and a bath completes this level.

The second living level has two primary bedrooms and a laundry room with a utility sink. The first bedroom has a king bed and a private bath with a jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a king bed, a single bed, and a private bath. Throughout the home are a total of six TVs for private, or family, movie breaks.
