Mid Level: Offers a Queen Bedroom with new 40" intelligent TV that shares a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a Bedroom that has 2 Singles, Trundle and a new 40" intelligent TV. Both rooms have striking sound vistas and direct deck access to an open sun deck, swinging day bed in a sizable screened porch which also has great sound vistas and overlooks the pool area. King Bedroom with a new 40" intelligent TV and sitting area that shares a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a Bedroom having 2 Constructed-in DuoBunks (Single over Queen) and new 40" intelligent TV. Between levels is a half bath. Between levels is also a King Master Bedroom Suite with new 40" intelligent TV and stereo/CD, featuring an elevated sitting area and bespoke tiled private bath with a dual-headed shower and a heated bidet toilet seat.

Top Level: Features a great room with impressive sound vistas, gas fireplace, new 65" intelligent TV with surround sound and sound bar, enormous dining area and the well-supplied kitchen with granite counter tops, 2 dishwashers and ice maker. There is a second refrigerator in the garage with another ice maker, great for drinks. This level features a King Master Bedroom with new 40" intelligent TV, sitting area and private bathroom. The top level offers plenty of open deck space to take in the sound vistas and sunsets.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property does not provide beach chairs.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
