The private pool is open from the second week of April through the third week of October.

Ground Level: Underhouse parking with concrete driveway, all-weather entry, fish cleaning station and outside shower. Just inside there is a washer/dryer, half bath, recreation room with pool table, microwave, refrigerator and TV with a DVD/VCR combo. Pyramid bunk en suite with private bath, and interior elevator entrance for ease of access. Large deck leads to a private pool with a tiki bar and a six-person hot tub.

Mid Level: Twin en suite which is handicap accessible with two single beds, and three additional king en suites with private baths. Each bedroom has a private deck entrance with plenty of outside seating. There is a media room with a big screen TV, and a Wii game console (you must provide your own games).

Top Level: King en suite with private bath and private deck entrance. Gourmet kitchen with two dishwashers, stainless appliances, granite countertops and a Keurig coffeemaker and breakfast bar. Numerous deck entrances and views of both ocean and sound. Captain's Watch with comfy seating and a view of ocean and sound. Exterior roof deck offers sunset views.
