Speaking of location and convenience, The Pelican Watch Community sits just on the Southern Shores/Kitty Hawk border, basically putting you in the center of all the Outer Banks has to offer. Just steps to the beach and the Kitty Hawk Pier, Sweet Carolina is also just a short walk across the street to dining at Southern Shores Pizza, BLVD Ice Cream Co., Steamers Restaurant, family-fun at OB-Xscape Rooms, shopping at Sojourn, and more!

To the north, you will find the popular village of Duck, full of good shopping and dining.
