The mid level offers a large open living and dining area with endless views. Just off the dining area, the open kitchen provides stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage, and countertop seating for two. A king master bedroom and private bath with a stall shower round out this level.
Upstairs, two queen bedrooms share a full bath. The ground level den with couches and a TV is the perfect hang-out space during nights in.
A Stair Tamer for luggage and groceries makes unpacking the car a breeze.
Guests at Paradise Sound are sure to enjoy all of the amenities the family-friendly, gated community of Colington Harbour offers, including a soundside park with sandy beaches, a playground, and a sheltered picnic area, an Olympic-sized community pool and kiddie pool, community tennis, and basketball courts.

Just a short 10-15 minute drive down Colington Road is the Ocean Bay Blvd. public beach access, the main location for Kill Devil Hills Ocean Rescue, offering handicapped beach access, public parking, and restrooms.
Note: The garage is not for guest use. Stackable washer/dryer in the en suite is not plugged in and not for guest use.
