Amenities at the Wright View include a private elevator to all levels, a private 6-person hot tub, an electric vehicle charging station, and a rooftop deck with breathtaking 360-degree views, including the ocean and the Wright Brothers Memorial! Plan to spend time fishing, swimming, kayaking or just relaxing on the rooftop deck reading a book.

The spacious top level living area offers all-new furnishings and a large TV, perfect for family movie night. A dining area for 6 transitions into a well-appointed open luxury custom kitchen, boasting top-of-the-line appliances, 2 dishwashers, an island with additional seating, a wine refrigerator, a pantry for extra storage, and a convenient powder room. With an open layout, top level great room offers plenty of space for the whole family. Carry the fun outside to one of the 2 covered outdoor sitting areas, or head up to your own private rooftop deck, complete with a custom 6-person surfboard dining table and 2 loungers, to enjoy a cool drink and warm sea breezes while taking in the ocean and sunset views! Adult supervision is required for any children on the rooftop, please.

On the mid level, The Wright View offers a king en suite with a slider to the front deck, as well as a tiled shower and a double vanity. A bonus room with front deck access and a pyramid bunk bed with a trundle, as well as the laundry room, round out this level.

Another en suite can be found on the lower level, offering a queen bed, a slider to the covered front deck, a tiled shower, and a double vanity. The final bedroom boasts a bunk bed with a trundle and front covered deck access. This level also offers a full hall bath with a tiled shower, as well a private workspace with a monitor, perfect for remote working or learning, with a connected private covered deck with seating, if you would rather take your work outside.

After long days in the sun, rinse off in the outdoor shower before relaxing in the bubbling hot tub on the ground level (6-person occupancy-please do not exceed). Dry entry and elevator access can be found on the ground level as well.
