This lower level contains all the amenities for play and relaxing. At the end of a full day, getaway to the mid-level three bedrooms, one pyramid bunk for the kids and a semi-private full bath, one master bedroom with a king and one master bedroom with a queen. Between all the rooms on the second-floor landing, there is a comfortable private den and library outfitted with books to pass the summer in leisure, a 50" TV, couch, and a convenient half bath. Upstairs is home to the bright open great room where you’ll find all the necessities of home, a desktop computer, an open family room with plush couches and ample kitchen for planning all your hunger needs. The business center has a dual monitor desktop PC, in case you need to catch up on something, or just check e-mail. You'll adore the entirely equipped kitchen with an island for additional seating, the laid-back open area with TV, DVD, and plenty of sitting room for the family. When the catch of the day is ready, getaway to the dining area full of sky light and take in the ocean vistas from the generous windows. For a closer look, relax on one of LOU'S many sun-soaked decks on every floor. The third floor contains a master bedroom with a king, the ideal spot to catch up on sleep and recharge for another day of fun.
