Additionally, a large sundeck and an ocean-view snack bar are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Top Level: King Master with Shared Full Bathroom and Flat Screen TV, Kitchen with Granite and Stainless Steel Appliances, Dining Room with Seating for Six, Living Room w/Flat Screen TV and Wood Burning Fireplace (off-season use).

The entire BIS building 200 has just completed renovations, including new sliders, windows, decks, staircases, entry doors, and siding.
