Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms each with deck access, Master Bedroom with 2 Singles and deck access and a Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed, Day Bed and deck access. Den with TV/DVD and deck access and the laundry area with washer and dryer in the hall.

Top Level: Features a huge living area with wood floors, tons of seating, TV and outstanding Ocean vistas from the living area and outside decks with picnic table and deck furnishings. Separate private den with Queen Sleep Couch and deck access, dining area seating 10, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 5, half bath, and a enormous King Master Bedroom Suite with private deck, TV and a sizable bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
