Upgrades being made ahead of the 2025 season:

- The 2 lower level queen bedrooms have been upgraded to king bedrooms (new king mattresses, bed frames, furniture, decor and bedding)
- The single car garage off the lower level bunk room has been transformed into a kids game room with a new full-sized wall arcade game (20+ games including Pac-Man), loveseat, high top table and chairs, and more
- Full-sized refrigerator and new ice machine added to lower level living area
- Additional pantry closet available on the main level across from kitchen
- New hot tub cover and new pool deck solar lights for enjoying night time swims
- Fresh paint inside and out

The top level includes 2 bedrooms plus 2 dining areas and kitchen bar seating so there is plenty of space for your family and friends to enjoy meals, puzzles, and games. You will feel like royalty when you step into the king en suite and be hard-pressed to find this expansive of a bedroom with these sunset Sound views. With its private bath complete with a large soaking tub and spacious walk-in shower, you will feel as if you stepped into a luxurious spa of your very own. The upstairs level also includes a second en suite queen bedroom. The large upper deck has an abundance of seating and gorgeous views can be accessed from sliders in the living room and in the primary en suite.

The lower level features 3 bedrooms (king en suite with a stall shower, king with a jack and jill bathroom with the pyramid bunk room), a 2nd large living room, and game room. The 2 king bedrooms and lower level living room each have sliding doors with access to the pool deck and gorgeous Sound views. The living room is between the two king bedrooms. The pyramid bunk bedroom has a full bed as the bottom bunk, a twin trundle, and a twin upper bunk.

The exterior of the home features a large driveway and parking area with space to keep your kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, bikes, and any other items you travel with or rent during your stay. Easy water sports access via your private landing with stairs to the Sound. Enjoy outdoor play in the large, flat soundfront backyard with Adirondack chairs and swing set. Take in the most extraordinary sunset while relaxing in the soundfront hot tub or splashing in the soundfront saltwater pool, both directly accessible from the lower level living room. There is also an outdoor shower, 2 foot rinse areas at front and rear of home. Home is a short 5 minute walk to beach access.

For your convenience, Sounds Ducky provides sheets and towels.

Private pool available from the second week of April to the third week of October. The pool size is approximately 12’ x 32’. Optional pool heat is available for $550/week.

Sounds Ducky is not pet-friendly. No smoking.

Ground Level: Foyer with laundry closet, living area with a wet bar and wine cooler, king en suite with a stall shower, king bedroom connected by a Jack and Jill bath with a tub to a pyramid bunk bedroom.

Top Level: Kitchen, dining area, sun room/sitting area, living area, king en suite with a Whirlpool tub and a stall shower, queen en suite with a stall shower. Please note this bedroom does not have cable - it has a DVD player.
