The third floor has a large great room with ceiling fans and a brand-new (2024) kitchen with a breakfast bar. Sliding doors lead to a large, all-new (as of 2024) deck with an ocean view complete with deck furniture and a picnic table. The second floor features a bonus room for kids with a foosball table, a TV with front side A/V jack, a sofa bed, and a second fridge/freezer. A private deck exits the first floor to a private decked pool. The grill, fish cleaning station area, and showers are located in the under-house entry. Come relax and point your vacation to Dixie Arrow.

Avon Fishing Pier is located 400 yards North and Club Hatteras is 400 yards West on route 12.

• The private pool is open seasonally from  4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change.
• You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
