This theater with stadium seating is the perfect place to watch a favorite film, a big game, or a selection from the DVD library of 100-plus movies. Eight TVs are equipped with DirecTV; four TVs are smart Roku TVs.

Venture outside, and you'll find a world of entertainment waiting by the 10-foot x 25-foot private pool. A relaxing hot tub awaits nearby, and a basketball goal provides a little competitive action. Multiple levels of furnished decks offer ample space to enjoy the ocean breeze.

Keep the fun going in the first-floor game room with a pool table and a full refrigerator, or head upstairs to unwind in the great room with soaring ceilings and an electric fireplace. Everyone in the family will also appreciate the shaded porch overlooking the oceanfront sundecks. At night, the four primary bedrooms provide plenty of privacy and comfort.
