You will love the convenient proximity to the outdoor pool, grills and the beach access is only 319 feet away.

Private WiFi will help you keep in touch with work and family. Enjoy the bike path or the famous Duck boardwalk where you can enjoy mother nature, visit the many different shops, and famous restaurants that Duck has to offer. Lots to see and do!

For the electric car charging stations, the price is $1.50/hour. Please be courteous and move your vehicle after charging. If your car is not electric, be sure to not park in these spaces to avoid being towed.

For your convenience, this home provides sheets and towels.

The owner of High Tide will consider mini/partial week visits in the off-season only, on a case-by-case basis.

There is no elevator available at this unit or building. Entry to this unit is on the 1st floor, one flight of stairs from the ground level.

BIS-205 is not pet-friendly.

Barrier Island Station offers fantastic community amenities for your family's enjoyment. The community complex includes handicapped beach access, an outdoor pool and kiddie pool with poolside bathrooms and outdoor showers, a snack bar, a new rec center with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and exercise area, a playground, tennis courts‚ a pickleball court, a volleyball court, 1/2 basketball court, shuffleboard, horseshoes, tetherball, a grilling area, 2 electric car charging stations, and coordinated children's activities in-season. Relax inside one of the beach gazebos and listen to the sounds of the sea, or head to the waves for fun in the sun!

The community outdoor pool is available from May 1st to the end of October. The community pool is not heated.

It was 1978 when Eddie and Lou Miller first opened Miller’s Seafood and Steakhouse. As a teenager, their son Brian spent his summers working in the restaurant, getting familiar with the family business. After college, Brian and his wife Beth came back to Kill Devil Hills and began working together at Miller’s. Brian and Beth officially purchased the restaurant from Eddie and Lou in 2007. A few years later they opened American Pie together, and both restaurants now carry on the Miller family tradition of quality, excellence and hospitality.
