A laundry room is also located on this level. The remaining two bedrooms, a queen with a private deck and a king bedroom are located on the top level and share a hallway bath.

In the kitchen, new countertops will be installed. New Constructed to Last® captain's chairs are waiting for you on the decks, all of which have new railings.
