This property is unlike any other property on the Carolina Designs program! Atlantic Overlook has two pools, one on the oceanfacing mid-level deck and the other is located on the ground level. The ground level offers an outdoor living space that includes a professionally constructed 9-hole mini-golf course and a partially-enclosed 10x20 private pool with built-in seating around the edge of the pool. Adjacent to the ground level pool, there is a bar area that includes a sink and a large flatscreen TV. Two separate laundry areas are located on the ground floor and access to an elevator that reaches each level of the home.

The middle floor is where all things entertainment come to life. There is a media area, a large rec room with kitchenette, and a large deck that has an elevated pool, an outdoor bar area, seasonal outdoor fireplace, and a sunken hot tub. The rec room has a pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, two stand-up arcade games and a table-style arcade game, two large flatscreen TVs, and a kitchenette equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, icemaker, toaster oven, and microwave. The media area is furnished with sofa seating and a large flatscreen TV perfect for viewing your favorite movie or TV series with your group.

The middle level deck at Atlantic Overlook is not to be overlooked as it's where you're going to want to spend your time while on vacation! An elevated pool can be accessed from the mid-level deck on the east side of the house. On the south end there is an outdoor bar, a sunken hot tub, Green Egg Grill, ping-pong, oversized chess/checkers game, and an outdoor fireplace. The outdoor bar area includes bar-height seating, a mini-fridge, standalone icemaker, and a sink. There is a large flatscreen TV positioned behind the bar that allows you to watch TV while hanging out outside. The sunken hot tub offers inviting relaxation, and is only steps away from the outdoor fireplace. The wrap-around deck goes from the south end of the home to the east and the oceanfront deck is where you'll find the private pool and the walkway over the dune to the beach. The second hot tub is located on the dune-top deck.

Bedding on this level includes ten bedrooms, six with private baths, and four additional bedrooms; a king, a queen, two twins, and a pyramind bunk with an additional twin. The bedroom with a queen bed and the bedroom with a pyramid bunk and twin share convenient access to a full bath on the north side of the house, and the bedroom with a king and the bedroom with two twins share nearby access to a full bath on the south side of the house. A half bath and laundry facilities are conveniently located on this level.

Making your way up to the top floor and down the hallway, you are greeted with a wall of windows that allow natural light and ocean views to captivate the kitchen, dining area, and great room that all share an open concept floor plan. The great room is furnished with comfortable seating and centered around a large TV. The kitchen is equipped with a 36" range and double oven, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, Keurig, and an island sink. The dining area is centrally located between the kitchen and great room area. A pantry is conveniently located for added storage during your stay. There are two bedrooms on the top floor, both have their own private bath with walk-in showers, and sliding door access to the deck that offers uninterrupted views of the Atlantic.

On the south end of the home there is a large covered deck that overlooks the middle floor deck and offers an outdoor bar area and is equipped with a built-in gas grill, a mini-fridge, a standalone icemaker, and a sink. This makes the perfect spot for those who enjoy cooking and grilling to serve up a tasty meal for the group. The bar has seating for those who love to dine al fresco. There is a covered deck with an outdoor fireplace attached to the great room and shares access to the covered deck.
