Den with Queen Sleep Couch (can double as a 7th bedroom), flat-screen HDTV/DVD, books, DVD’s and a private bathroom. 2 King Master Bedrooms each with flat-screen HDTVs and private bathrooms, Queen Bedroom with flat-screen HDTV that shares a jack-n-jill full bathroom with whirlpool tub and oceanfront deck access with a Bedroom with a Bunk Set and flat-screen HDTV. Bedroom with 2 Singles plus a flat-screen HDTV, full hallway bathroom with deck access and a Bedroom with a DuoBunk and flat-screen HDTV. Laundry room with washer and dryer, deck and garage access.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
