The first bedroom has brand new bunk beds for the 2023 season and a TV, and shared access to a full bath with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a king-size bed with a new mattress, a TV, and a full bath with a tub/shower. Upstairs on level two, the third bedroom has a captain's bed and a TV and shares a full bath with tub/shower.

The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed, deck access, and a cable TV. • The private pool is open seasonally from 4/26/2025 and close 10/12/2025. The pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change.
• You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles.
• 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 60 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
