Upstairs, an open-concept living space includes a fully stocked kitchen, a spacious dining area, an ocean view great room, and a cozy sunset sitting area. With decks facing both east and west, you can enjoy sunrise and sunset views each day.Step outside to your private oceanfront oasis, featuring a large pool (which can be heated) with a tanning ledge, and poolside cabana complete with an outdoor TV and speakers. For added relaxation, there's a sheltered hot tub as well as outdoor dining areas and two gas grills for dining al fresco. Along the southside of the house are three king bedrooms, all with Smart TVs and private baths with walk-in showers. A half bath and laundry facilities are available on this level.Through the rec room, you walk out to a private backyard area. The large pool has a built-in shallow edge for young swimmers and tanning. Additional amenities to enjoy during your vacation are a sheltered hot tub, a poolside cabana with a sink, outdoor TV, outdoor speakers, two gas grills, cornhole, one enclosed and two open outdoor showers, and a private beach access featuring a dune deck and another open outdoor shower. The rec room is furnished with a pool table, a TV, and a game table. The theater is where you'll snuggle up or spread out to watch that new movie you've been excited to see. The wet bar is located in the hallway, making it easy for anyone to access, with a sink and under-counter beverage cooler for snack and drink storage. There are two king bedrooms, both with Smart TVs and private baths with walk-in showers. The bunk room offers two built-in pyramid bunks, a Smart TV, and a private bath with a shower/tub. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, a Smart TV, and a special access bathroom that is accessible from the bedroom, as well as the hallway. The king bedrooms on the east and west ends of this level and the rec room have sliding glass doors that lead out to a deck. Laundry facilities are available on this level. Sliding glass doors lead out to the east and west decks, so whether your preference is to watch the sun rise or set, you can do both. The great room has a seasonal gas fireplace and a Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a double wall oven, a range, a microwave, two dishwashers, and a double sink. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, which has a wet bar with a second full-sized refrigerator and a sink. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.Seasonal Cabana Service: Service dates for the 2025 season are 05/03/25 - 09/20/25. Service dates for the 2026 season are 05/02/26 - 09/19/26. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances.
