Enjoy a game of pool or ping pong in the recreation room in the garage. On the second level, you will find five bedrooms, all with King sized beds. Two of the King Bedrooms include a private bathroom and deck access. Wake up and head outside to enjoy the beautiful Outer Banks weather right from your room! (2) Event Fee: $3000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.This property has a ring doorbell camera at the front door and a camera overlooking the driveway facing away from the home. Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card.
