If you’re in the market for a day to remember, look no further than Sea Hunter 2 Sportfishing.
These waters are known for Amberjack, Cobia, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), King Mackerel (Kingfish), Bluefish, Redfish, Black Seabass, Spanish Mackerel, Tilefish, Flounder, and more – with any luck, you’ll find out for yourself!
For these species, you’re likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. Any fish within the legal limit are yours to take with you.
Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Snacks are never a bad idea so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty belly!
You’ll be casting lines from a 35’ Newton Boatworks flybridge vessel with room for 6 passengers. It has outriggers, downriggers, a fighting chair, and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. What’s more, this vessel is wheelchair accessible. Rods, reels, and tackle are included.
You’ll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish and make the most of your trip. A 20% tip at the end of the day is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.
There’s no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for some fishing! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
It’s never a bad idea to bring bottled water, sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). If you’d like to bring other drinks, just ask.
