Owners, Ali and Basia Amini founded Dream Builders Construction and Development in 2015.   Since 2006, Ali has overseen the construction of subdivision developments, vacation rental homes, affordable housing, townhome complexes and custom homes totaling over 160 properties. With prior experience serving in the U.S. Navy, as a flight instructor and a charter pilot with eight pilot licenses, Ali upholds exceptional construction standards and manages each project with precision and efficiency to ensure a premium home is delivered in a timely manner. He holds a North Carolina General Contractor’s Unlimited Building License (#75296) and a North Carolina Real Estate Broker’s License (#232316).
