On the top level, the bright and spacious great room is comfortably furnished and features a TV, a stereo, a gas fireplace, dining areas, a half bath, and an elevated ship’s watch stocked with games, puzzles, and books. The newly remodeled kitchen has all-new stainless steel appliances, cabinets, and granite countertops. The main bedroom has a newly remodeled full bath with a walk-in shower, new cabinets and sinks, and a jetted tub. The gas grill and picnic table are located outside on the wraparound deck.
