They also graciously... read more owned a defect, when a rudder broke. They motored out and got us back to shore, then provided options for another boat and a partial refund. They were short staffed due to covid and had other rescues going on, but maintained a high standard for service nonetheless. A thorough safety check on the boats might have prevented the situation, but it was a highly unusual thing to break and posed no serious danger.

They incorporated safety seamlessly (no small feat on a windy day with choppy waters and teenagers who predictably don't listen well). They got fantastic pictures of all of us and the sim card with all of our pics was $25 (a bargain for three families). Overall an awesome experience!
